1 - "Fall" promotion. Book 3 nights or more and you'll receive 40% off our regular rates. Reserve 7 nights or more and we'll take an additional 10% off.

2-"Preholiday" promtoion. Book 3 nights or more between November 1 and December 22, and you'll receive 25% off our regular rates and we'll also include Complimentary Breakfast each day. Reserve 7 nights or more and we'll take an additional 10% off.

You will have an opportunity to take advantage of our "Winter" promotion for Jan 4 - March 31 that will be activated on September 15th.  This promo is not posted on the Playa del Carmen Condo Hotel website until October 10.
